My ID and Password isn't working. Why?
A: Your
ID and Password are case-sensitive. This is the most common
reason why people have trouble entering the site. Be sure
to enter them exactly as they are listed on your e-mail
confirmation you got when you signed up. The site is protected
by ServerGuard against fraud and password hacking. If you
have shared your password with anyone and they are using
it, you WILL be blocked from the site. If you are getting
a Serverguard Error, please drop
